Buca di Beppo, the popular family-style Italian restaurant chain, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as of August 5, 2024.
The company, based in Orlando, reported having assets between $0 and $50,000, while owing between $15 million and $50 million to at least 30 creditors.
Buca di Beppo has approximately 44 locations across 14 states and 2 international locations.
This decision follows a series of location closures in recent weeks as the company seeks to reorganize and manage its debt by canceling leases on several locations.
The locations that have closed and the company is seeking to reject the leases include:

The first-day hearing is set to take place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. Central Time.
