There’s been another lawsuit filed against disgraced mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Diddy, along with an unnamed “male celebrity” and “female celebrity”, is being accused of drugging and raping a female that was 13 years old at that time. The heinous assault reportedly took place in 2000 at an MTV Music Awards afterparty.
While Combs’ camp hasn’t released a statement regarding this specific allegation, his team has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing since he was arrested last month. In a statement released last week, Combs’ lawyers said, “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
The unnamed girl was reportedly trying to get into the MTV Music Awards, but she didn’t have a ticket. She then approached several limousine drivers looking for help to get into an afterparty instead. She eventually stumbled upon Diddy’s driver who then drove her to a party.
After just one drink, the plaintiff alleged that she “began to feel woozy and lightheaded” and made her way to an empty bedroom to lie down. Soon after, Combs allegedly entered the room with “a male and female celebrity.” She then alleges that she was raped by the male celebrity as the female celebrity watched, before allegedly being raped by Combs as both celebrities watched.
Wild parties and “freak offs” with high-profile celebrities have been at the front of Diddy news since he was arrested. Combs has been incarcerated since September 16. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
