The Recording Academy unveiled nominations via live stream on Friday, November 8 and Beyoncé racked up an incredible 11 nominations for her COWBOY CARTER album. Today’s announcement means Beyoncé now has more nominations than any artist in Grammy history as well as the most Grammy-nominated album of all time as she beat out Michael Jackson and her own husband for the top spot.

For those keeping count, the Houston native has 99 total Grammy nominations and 29 Grammy wins. Jay-Z has 24 Grammys and has been nominated a total of 88 times.
As for pure album nominations, right behind Cowboy Carter‘s 11 noms, Thriller was nominated for 10 Grammys.
Behind those projects it truly is a family affair. Jay’z Blueprint III also has 10 Grammys, and Bey’s Renaissance and Lemonade are tied with nine.
