NFL WEEK 16

Chiefs top Texans

In the first of two NFL Saturday showdowns, Patrick Mahommes proved to fans that he was just fine, throwing for 260 yards, a touchdown, and rushing one in as well.

We’ll Meet Again

As the Ravens steamroll the Pittsburgh Steelers, they split their season matchup 1-1 and as they both have clinched a playoff spot, it is likely they will face off again in the postseason.

Pennix Patience is a Virtue

After getting the call that he would be the starting QB for the remainder of the season, Michael Penix Jr. led the Falcons to his first win, throwing for 202 yards on 66% passing, paired with Bijan Robinsons two touchdowns.

Lions Are Not Scared of Bears

A divisional matchup that was pretty entertaining the last time these two teams met, saw a pretty lopsided contest. The Lions mauled the Bears in a 34-17 win without the star RB David Montgomery. It was Jahmyr Gibbs who carried the entire load of production for both RB’s, with 23 carries for 109 yards and a touchdown.

Panther Paws Beat Cardinal Claws

Chuba Hubbard led his underdog Panthers to an overtime victory against  the Arizona Cardinals, posting 152 yards and two touchdowns behind 25 carries.

HURTS to think you’re not the Commander in Chief

As Jalen Hurts goes down after a sizable lead over the Commanders early in the first quarter. Jayden Daniels single-handily stormed back down 21-7 to lead the Commanders to a game winning drive to steal a 36-33 home win in Washington D.C. and keep their divisional hopes alive.

Joe ’Superman’ Burrow

In an impressive 23-30, 252-yard, 3 touchdown day, Burrow throw one of the most jaw-dropping touchdown passes of the year, which landed him the new nickname ‘Superman’ from teammate Tee Higgins.

JT… Muah.. No Balls Dropped

After a mishap in the end zone last week resulting in his teams loss, Colts’ RB Jonathan Taylor made sure he secured the football all THREE times he crossed the end zone plane in his divisional 38-30 win over the Titans.

Why don’t you just lose already?

In a battle for the #1 pick in next years NFL Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders won their matchup versus the Jaguars, placing them out of the top spot for the #1 draft (Giants). With two weeks left, it’s important to see how these teams will play these games in order to get a chance at drafting 2024 Heisman Winner Travis Hunter.

Boy that was a good game… means nothin’ tho’

In one of the most unique endings we’ve ever seen in a Sunday Night Football game, the Dallas Cowboys were able to edge out a win a home. However, Dallas is playing for Morale as they were eliminated from  playoff contention earlier in the day.
