D'Wayne Wiggins, a founding member of the legendary soul/R&B group Tony! Toni! Toné!, has died at 64 following a battle with bladder cancer.

As February marks Black History Month, Autumn Lockwood has made her people proud by adding her own signature to the history books.
Autumn Lockwood has become the first women coach in the NFL to win a Super Bowl, after the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 to win Super Bowl LIX.

“On the occasion of Black History Month, it is crucial that we uplift the accomplishments of young Black professionals who are breaking barriers in their fields,” Council wrote in a resolution celebrating Lockwood.
Lockwood gained her first NFL experience in 2019, as an intern for the Atlanta Falcons’ strength staff during organized team activities.
Lockwood was able to leverage her collegiate experience to make a professional leap back to the NFL, landing a job with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022.
She originally joined the organization as a strength and conditioning associate in 2022. Lockwood was named an associate performance coach by the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2023 offseason.
