Next month, the federal trial begins for Sean “Diddy” Combs, who, as you all know by now, is facing three charges of racketeering conspiracy, transportation to engage in prostitution and sex trafficking — or, at least, that’s all he was facing before prosecutors filed a superseding indictment with additional counts of the latter two charges.

According to Variety, the new indictment includes one additional charge of sex trafficking and one additional charge of transportation to engage in prostitution, and the amendment comes after prosecutors filed an expanded superseding indictment in January that added two female victims to the list of alleged victims who have accused the Bad Boy mogul of violent sexual abuse.

From Variety:

In yesterday’s 17-page filing, reviewed by Variety, prosecutors allege that Combs engaged in sex trafficking of Victim-2 from around 2021 through 2024. The document states that Combs “recruited, enticed, harbored, transported, and maintained Victim-2,” and that he “attempted, aided and abetted, and willfully caused Victim-2, to engage in commercial sex acts.”

He is also charged with transportation to engage in prostitution of Victim-2 and commercial sex workers. The indictment states that Combs “knowingly transported individuals in interstate and foreign commerce with intent that the individuals engage in prostitution.”

Predictably, representatives for Diddy denied the allegations, noting that the additional allegations were not actually “new,” nor are the women accusing Diddy of abuse.

“These are not new allegations or new accusers,” the statement to Variety reads. “These are the same individuals, former long-term girlfriends, who were involved in consensual relationships. This was their private sex life, defined by consent, not coercion.”

Diddy’s trial is tentatively scheduled to begin on May 5 in New York City, where the “All About the Benjamins” rapper and producer is currently incarcerated. He has pleaded not guilty.

Meanwhile, the list of Diddy accusers, most of whom are not involved in the trial set for next month, continues to grow almost weekly as male and female alleged victims continue to come forward.

Victim-1, known as Cassie, recently revealed that she’ll be testifying against her former boyfriend, Diddy. See how social media reacted to her bravery below.
